Find a corner of a wall
Throw the ball against the wall & catch it with your right and left hand
Watch the ball in to hand
Steady base, balance and good head position.

Find a corner of a wall
Throw the ball against the wall, gather the ball cleanly
Increase the pace of throwing
Focus on quality not intensity
Exercise 3: Catch & Throwing Technique
Focus on perfecting catching technique
After every 3 catches, turn try to hit the target
Side on position, throwing elbow should move back & up position
Use a non throwing arm to pull back in order to generate power
Back leg driving through towards to the target
Important to keep your body balanced
Challenge: hit the target every 3rd throw
Exercise 4: Ground Fielding & Throwing Technique
Number one priority is stop the ball
Gather the ball cleanly
Pick up the ball with two hands
Side on position, throwing elbow should move back & up position
Transferring the body in to good position
