Set up 3 cones
Jump over the cones (after each jump hold your balance for 2 seconds)
Jumps should be in one line
Keep moving and follow through

Work on wrist position and release.

Stand few steps away from the wall
Hold the bat with top hand
Throw the ball underarm
Practice.

As you come up, throw the ball and catch

Use any soft ball
