Exercise 1 Demo
Exercise 1- Transfer body weight to leg,middle and off stumps
3 cones with tennis ball
With batting gloves or without gloves, no bat required
Comfortable stance,base,steady head position
Bring the front foot and body weight towards to the ball
Pick the ball with two hand and go back to stance position
Place the ball back again on to the cone
Exercise 2 - Shadow movements leg stump, middle stump, off stump
Correct bat grip
Comfortable stance, balance, steady head position
Back lift, transfer body weight, head and shoulder towards to the ball, toe pointing the target

Exercise 3: Chin Drop
Place the ball between chin and front shoulder
Move forward (distribute body weight)
Drop the ball
Try to hit off the first or second bounce.
Head always over the ball
With straight bat and play your shot (don't try to hit hard)
Exercise 4 - Drive, Straight drive, Off drive
Use 3 cones and 3 tennis ball. keep the ball on the cones
Watch the ball, practice driving the ball (don't have to hit the ball hard, control)
Bat grip, stance, back lift, steady head and shoulder toward to the ball, distributing weight, front toe position the target, ball under the eye and balance
Back foot on toes.
Straight bat, high elbow

Lay back, face up against the wall without bending your knees
As you come up, throw the ball and catch.
