Dear First Grade Families,

Hello to you all and thanks for visiting our site! We hope that you are enjoying the activities and engaging in daily learning. First grade teachers are continually working to improve our technology skills and find the best ways to teach you from our homes. If you have any questions or need help using the online resources please let us know. We are here to help!!

Please do your best to complete daily activities. Remember that you don't need to stress if you aren't able to complete everything. You can extend your learning over the summer as well if you feel that you need more time. We know this is a stressful time for everyone as we learn and adapt to our new normal. Please focus on making learning fun and engaging. We want students to be challenged, but more importantly love learning. Provide your child with choices of activities. Focus on reading, writing and math. Reading is essential for first graders!! Please try to read every day!! Reading to your child is quality time spent and worth every minute!! Take care and enjoy each other! Give yourself grace and stay healthy!!
