If you’ve ever sat through a behavior training and thought, “This sounds great, but it won’t work with my kids,” this conference is for you.
We’re partnering with the Bureau of Education and Research (BER)—a nationally recognized provider known for practical, classroom-tested professional development—to bring meaningful, research-based strategies to our June 4 Behavior by Design conference. These aren’t vague theories or unrealistic expectations. The sessions are designed to give you concrete tools you can use immediately, with real examples from real classrooms.
You’ll walk away with strategies that help reduce daily stress, prevent escalation before it starts, and create more consistent systems that actually support you—not add more to your plate. If behavior has felt overwhelming or unpredictable, this day is about equipping you with approaches that work in today’s classrooms.
