Elementary work centers on collaborative calibration, scoring, and data analysis of ECRAs/Benchmark assessments, paired with teacher collaboration on conferencing, mini-lessons, and planning for STAAR preparation and small group instruction. 

Secondary work centers on scoring ECRs according to the rubric and develop a plan to provide students with specific and timely feedback.

This work centers on building strong classroom culture and management while enhancing lesson design through effective strategies for routines, behavior, vocabulary, visuals, and brain-friendly instruction.
