This ensures proper course recommendations and tracking.

Use the search bar or browse categories to find the training you want.
Click on a course title to view details.
Enroll in a course
Click “Enroll” or “Register” for the desired course.
Follow any prompts to confirm enrollment.
Access your course

The highlighted self-paced courses recommended below are based on behavior and are designed to provide additional support and practical strategies for strengthening classroom practices. Behavior work focuses on aligning expectations, using proactive management strategies, analyzing behavior data, and collaborating on routines, reinforcement, and interventions that support all learners.

This course introduces restorative discipline practices aimed at reducing suspensions and fostering positive school climates. The focus is on addressing student behavior in ways that promote belonging over exclusion, social engagement over control, and meaningful accountability over punishment.
1 Credit Hour
This course, ABA for Everyone, equips educators with practical principles and strategies from applied behavior analysis (ABA) to improve student outcomes. Led by Robert C. Pennington, Ph.D., BCBA-D, the session uses research, real-world examples, and humor to make ABA accessible for all professionals working with diverse student populations.
6 Credit Hours
This course explores communication as it relates to behavior—why we communicate and how to analyze its components to help reduce challenging behavior.

This course, the Community of Practice is organized into three main components: discussion forums, resources, and videos. The forums provide a safe space to engage in conversations about research, topics, and events connected to our work. The resources section offers links to online tools, TEA documentation, research, and articles. The videos section includes recordings of recent meetings and other BVI-related content.

This course will define cognitive behavioral intervention, highlight skills that can be taught using this approach, outline the steps for implementation, and provide resources.

This course provides practical, ready-to-use strategies to increase positive behaviors and reduce problem behaviors. Participants will learn to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, apply function-based interventions, and use data to guide next steps. With real-life examples and adaptable tools, the content can be applied across diverse settings.

Once you have successfully logged in, you will see your name in the top right corner of the site. Click on your name to access the dropdown menu.
Click Login in the top upper right corner and log into the registration site using your TEALearn credentials.

Click on Student Dashboard in the dropdown menu.
The dashboard will show all of your courses and their status. To access a certificate, click Completed and find your course.
Click View to view your certificate, or Download to download your certificate and save it to your computer.
Don't see your certificate? Check your course to make sure you have completed all the requirements to receive credit for the course. You can return to the course menu to review any of this course by revisiting modules.

Choose Strive on the dashboard.
3. Select My Portfolio on the left menu.
4. Select the Portfolio tab. Then, select My Portfolio under Registration & Portfolio to view your professional learning portfolio.
5. Select Add New Portfolio Entry to start the process.
6. Select Outside workshop or conference. Then, select Next.
7. Enter the details of the professional learning session, including Title, Description, Start Date, and End Date with Times, then select Next.
8. Enter the number of Credit Hours for the Credit Types. You can enter hours for more than one credit type. Scroll down to view all available credit types. Optional: Enter comments about the credit requested. Then, select Next.
9. Select the plus sign next to T-TESS v2, and select specific Dimensions. Scroll down to view the entire list, and select as many dimensions as needed. Then, select Next.
10. On this screen, you can upload files to verify your attendance, such as a certificate. Select Choose File. In the window, navigate to the document, and select the file to upload. Include a Description of the file. Up to three files may be uploaded. Once you have uploaded the file(s), select Next.
11. Select Finish to close the wizard and complete the process. Once you click Finish, it will go through an approval process before it will show as part of your portfolio history. Please note, due to the number of requests entered at the end of summer/beginning of school year, there may be a delay in approvals.
