Next week, the children will be reviewing character traits and motivations, point of view, character perspectives,  story structures, and central message. 

Students will continue exploring and finding equivalent fractions. The students will take there third 9 weeks district assessment in math this week. Unit 6 study guide is coming home and the test will be Friday March 6th.

Heat Energy

Students will learn about sources of heat and how heat is transfered and measured. This hands on unit will conduct experiements to determine the effect of sunlight on objects and design a structure to increase/decrease the  warming effects of sunlight on an object. 

(Example: koozie to keep a drink cool or a solar oven to warm a snack)
