Just a reminder that any DMS middle school student planning on attending tonight's football game at Dacula High School MUST be accompanied by an adult in order to enter.

Students arriving at school before 9:00am need to report to the cafeteria. Students must have a pass from a teacher in order to go to a class. This includes the Media Center.

Tryouts continue next week:

Tuesday Sept 3rd

Wednesday Sept 4th- Judging

All tryouts and practice will take place in upper gym 4:30-6pm

Pickup from car rider lane @ 6pm

All students must have completed physical in order to try-out

Intramurals Information

Monday & Tuesday Mornings: Basketball & Ping Pong

Drop off at 7:45am in Car Rider Lane and report to the upper gym.

Monday Afternoons: Flag Football

Dismiss with 2nd bus call and report to the black top behind the gym.

You MUST complete the online Intramural Permission Form found on the DMS eClass page prior to attending!

Monthly Spectrum Meeting

Spectrum's next monthly support group meeting will be on Thursday, Sept. 5, 6:30-8:00 pm, First Baptist Church of Duluth, 2908 Duluth Hwy, Duluth.

Dealing with Behavior Challenges - Paige Brandon, Med. ABA, Behavior Specialist, GCPS and Michala Sway, Behavior Specialist, GCPS Communication Strategies - Ashia Fayne, Let's Talk Therapy

Independence, Employment and Transition to Adulthood, Katie Landers, LEAP program

Breakouts will also be offered for parents of teens/adults with HFA autism, Dads, Spanish speaking parents (Adelante Autismo) and parents of preschoolers. Social skills groups and childcare available for all ages.
