February 3rd - 7th was National School Counseling Week.

DMS is grateful for our counselors and all they do for our students!

Dacula High School Football - Middle School Weight Training

WHEN: Beginning Tuesday, February 11th immediately after school. Parents need to pick up participants at 6:00pm in front of the football fieldhouse.

LOCATION: Dacula High School Football Fieldhouse

PARTICIPANTS: All current 8th graders/rising 9th graders interested in playing football.

INSTRUCTION: Weight Training will be supervised by Football Strength and Athletic Training Staff, who are all CSCS certified. Participants will learn techniques of strength training and basic movement.

WHAT TO BRING: Participants will need athletic clothing, shorts, sweats, shoes, etc.
