DMS Digital Learning Days Information

Welcome Back to Digital Learning Days beginning Monday, April 6th!

We hope everyone had a restful, rejuvenating Spring Break and are ready to jump back in.

We have created a DLD Instructional Overview Guide for families that covers instruction guidelines and online tools being utilized by teachers, daily "live" sessions by subject area, and grading policies.

Daily Instruction Schedules

We will begin using a Blue Day / Gold Day Schedule this week to help prioritize specific subjects on specific days. Fridays will still be used as "catch up" days across all courses. Please see this new instructional schedule below.

Please use this schedule to help keep your child on track with their work as well as help with their daily assignment schedule.

Student meals will once again will be available for pick-up at the 68 designated school sites, or by delivery at school bus stops beginning Monday, April 6th.

On Tuesday, April 7, the meal service will expand to include both breakfast and lunch items distributed at the same time.

The pick-up at school sites will take place between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. every school day. Gwinnett school buses will resume their delivery routes, making stops at regular bus stops between 11 a.m. and noon in designated clusters. It is important to remember that in order to receive a meal, the child must be present at the school site or at the bus stop when the bus arrives. These meals are available at no cost to anyone 18 years of age or younger, no matter which school a child attends.

Progress Reports were emailed home on Thursday, 3/26th

Families should have received a progress report email from each of their student's Core and Connections teachers.

If you did not receive one, please check your email's Spam/Junk folder in case they were routed there instead of the Inbox.

These progress reports reflect work through 3/25th including DLD assignments. Please reach out to the specific teacher if you have any questions or concerns.

Please continue to check the Dacula MS Website for updated information throughout the GCPS Digital Learning Days for school specific information located as part of "This Week's DMS Top 3" section.
