Friday, 12/13th - 6th Grade Math & Science

Monday, 12/16th - 7th Grade Math & Science / 8th Grade Science

Tuesday & Wednesday, 12/17th & 12/18th - All Grades: Language Arts & Social Studies

Thursday, 12/19th - 8th Grade Math

Attendance & completion of these required assessments is of the utmost importance so make sure your student(s) are at school on time and each day they are testing.

Academic Assistance Program (AAP) News You Can Use

As our first semester comes to a close, final grades will come to a close as well. Students MUST pass five of six subject EACH semester. Language Arts and Math are two of the five that MUST be passed EACH semester.

If your child finishes the semester with a grade of 60-69% in a core subject area, then he/she may be eligible for Dacula Middle School’s Academic Assistance Program (AAP). This program allows students to participate in remediation opportunities in order to recover a failing grade to a passing score of a 70%, which may keep them on track for promotion to the next grade.

The cost is $75 per subject area in order to pay our teachers.

You can check your child’s grade on the parent portal each day to monitor their progress towards passing for the semester. AAP will begin in January, and you can expect communication for registration following the winter break.
