Parent Perception Surveys are now available through the Parent Portal until November 22nd

Please take a moment to complete this survey to help provide DMS with valuable feedback in what we're doing well and how we can improve. All survey responses are confidential and will take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Those that complete this survey will be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card! Simply print out your confirmation page once you are done and send it in to your child's homeroom teacher to be entered into one of 4 weekly drawings. Make sure to include your first and last name, best contact phone number, student's first and last name, grade level, and homeroom teacher on the printout.
