Internship Goals

The goals of Fleet Feet's internship are listed below.  Every intern is expected to complete all these goals in partnership and close oversight from their manager. 

As reviewed earlier, we want to create a truly immersive experience while ensuring we are giving interns skills that will last a lifetime.

• Learn about a People First culture 

• Build presentation and communication skills in a professional setting

• Facilitate a meeting

• Complete mock interviews

• Schedule information interview(s) with others in the organization

• Identify other opportunities in the retail industry to assist in choosing a post-grad career

• Explore management skills and techniques

• Provide feedback using the effective feedback model

• Network (internally and externally) through our networking and education schedule

• A final presentation (in-person)
