Budget Planning
We know budget is important to consider and want to provide interns with competitive pay. For reference, interns at Store Support Team and within our Company-Owned locations will be paid between $20-25 per hour. While we do consider internal equity, we do understand that interns could be receiving the same or higher pay than other staff. We know this could be a pain point but feel strongly, that we need to do our part and offer competitive pay to underrepresented groups. Interns will be focused on project-based work, and will not be eligible for most benefits and this is only for a period of 9 weeks.
According to NACE 2023, the mean hourly rate for bachelor’s level intern is $20.82
