Week 1 - Interns in Carrboro (first 4 days)

Introduction to first rotation; meet with managers & teams
Meet with new hire champion

OutMatch Development Discussion; intern develops action plan
Prepare short-term goals for first rotation, with the assistance of their manager

Store Outfitting experience

Week 2
Shadowing of manager & staff
Start working on specific tasks/projects for first rotation

Midway review with first manager covering short-term goals and progress towards overall goal
Complete first rotation
Introduction to second rotation and their new manager

Short-term goals for second rotation are composed with assistance of manager
Work on second rotation tasks/project(s)
Presentation skills workshop
