Frequently Asked Questions about the Summer Internship Program:

• How long is the internship?

     The summer internship program lasts for nine weeks, from early June to early August.

• Are internships paid? 

     Internships are fully paid. Your Recruiter or Hiring Manager can provide you with details.

• Can interns work remotely?

     Remote and on-site opportunities available. 

• Will there be travel?

     Travel to Fleet Feet’s headquarters in Carrboro, North Carolina, for the first week and the last week. All expenses covered.

• Can interns get course credit for this internship?

     Yes, you can get course credit.

• Can someone apply for an internship if I’ve graduated?

     Internships are only for students still enrolled as undergraduates. 

• What does the program include?

You’ll complete meaningful work in two departments, have the option to travel to Fleet Feet’s corporate office and learn through weekly development     sessions and networking events. You’ll meet with our leaders to learn about different departments, sharpen your presentation skills, review your resume and explore career options. The internship concludes with a final presentation. Plus, you’ll receive discounts for shopping in Fleet Feet stores!
