Add or Remove a State Return


Option A: From The Navigation Page

Step 1. Log into your account at FileYourTaxes.com


Step 2. Select "Work With Filing" for the applicable tax year


Step 3. On the Navigation Page, select the drop down under "Add a state:". Select the applicable state and select "Add"


Option B: Edit My Return Page

Step 1. Select "Edit Return"

Step 2. Scroll down to where it says "State Filing"


From here, you can either select the applicable state(s) and "Add States"

OR you can remove states by selecting the blue hyperlink "Manage States" and then un-checking the state you want to remove on the next page

You can check mark the box to add state or you can un-check boxes to remove state.
