NCAA Eligibility
Students/families intending to participate in college athletics are STRONGLY encouraged to meet with the counselor to evaluate credits earned, future scheduling, and NCAA requirements. This is typically done during Junior Conferences, however a request for an NCAA eligibility audit can be made at any time! Students and families are welcome to do their own audit informally at home by completing the form above (under "Check Your Eligibility") and then schedule time later with the counselor to review.

List ONLY Forest Hills Eastern as your high school in the NCAA portal, even if you attended another school prior to 12th grade. This includes KCTC.

The classes and grades you completed at your other school(s) already appear on your FHE transcript, so all classes/grades will be received by NCAA when we send your FHE transcript!

NOTE: A class that fulfills a Michigan Merit requirement does NOT automatically meet NCAA approval. Even some offered by core departments are not NCAA approved; these are noted in the Course Description Guide. Also, students interested in online classes (including credit recovery) should speak to their counselor before committing to an online class. A number of online classes are NOT NCAA approved.
TEST SCORES: An official SAT or ACT score must be sent directly from the test company. It is the student's responsibility to order an official score from CollegeBoard or ACT. The sending code for NCAA is 9999.
