Entering Outgoing Referrals

You gave or received a referral with another eXp Realty agent

No Skyslope file for referring agent needed, only the receiving agent
All parties complete the referral form and upload it into the receiving agent's Skyslope transaction
Make sure the referring agent lists their primary broker and the receiving agent lists the broker for the state the referral is in!

Example: MN agent refers a client to a WI agent...both the MN and WI brokers will need to sign the referral form.

You gave a referral to an agent at another brokerage

Create a Skyslope file
All parties complete the referral form and upload the final copy into your Skyslope file
Once the property closes, upload a copy of your referral check into Skyslope

You received a referral from an agent at another brokerage

Create a Skyslope file
All parties complete a referral form and upload the final copy into your Skyslope file
You will need a copy of their broker's W9 uploaded in order for eXp Realty to pay the other brokerage the referral fee
