The Contract Compliance Team

Our MN Contract Compliance Specialists (CCS) is available in eXp World in the MN Broker State Room M-F 8-4pm. Check in, pull a ticket, and get your questions answered with voice to voice support! 

Your CCS team reviews files throughout the day. Every file must be uploaded into SkySlope within 48 hours of acceptance. This team works hand in hand with the MN Broker Team to ensure your documents are compliant to protect you and your real estate license. The CCS must approve the entire transaction file before the Payment Processing Team (eXp Corporate staff) creates your Disbursement Authorization (DA) for closing.
