To Deposit Earnest Money
eXp Realty has FOUR methods available for you and the client's convenience. Earnest money can also be held by a title company. Please note! MN State law requires that we are to deposit the earnest money within 3 days either of receipt of the earnest money or Final Acceptance, whichever is later.

FTNI Etran Mobile
Deposit earnest money checks via an app on your phone. Link to the required module for the FTNI ETran Module is HERE.
Wells Fargo
Go to any Wells Fargo branch with the earnest money check. They will have deposit slips that you can fill out with the eXp Realty account number.
