Easterseals Community Living Services

The Easterseals Rehabilitation Center's Community Living Services enables individuals with disabilities to thrive in a home environment. Services are provided based on each person's individual needs and goals.

Whether living with roommates or on their own, individuals can receive home and community based services including - but not limited to - Direct Support Professional assistance, public transportation, financial training, medical/medication management, attention to behavioral needs, assistive technology, and medical rehabilitation therapies.
