The Columbus Organization

The Columbus Organization has been providing Case Management for individuals and their families throughout Indiana for more than 15 years.

We are a designated approved provider of Case Management Service to individuals with developmental disabilities in collaboration with the State of Indiana Division of Disability and Rehabilitation Services (DDRS). Our process is responsive to changing needs and ensures services and supports based on the team working together. We pay close attention to outcomes and the achievement of specific, measurable goals to determine the level and type of service needed to maintain successes over the long term.
