Special Considerations for Preschool Teams

Ohio Rule 3301-51-11 was effective July 1, 2021. While we await some changes to the rule, specifically in the areas of ratio, as of this writing (9-26-22) this rule is still in effect. The following slides discuss some of the special considerations in preschool regarding both ETRs and IEPs.
