How to write a part 2 summary of assessment

The summary of all assessment results in The Team Summary, Part 2 of the ETR should include a summary of the key findings across all areas assessed. This must include all areas addressed in all Part 1's. This should not be just a re-statement (or "copy-paste") of every assessment from Part 1 but rather a synthesis of all the Part 1 information in friendly and understandable terms. The Part 2 Summary of Assessment should also demonstrate the relationship of the results to the referral and suspected disability. The summary should describe the child’s strengths and areas of concern to develop effective interventions and describe conditions or limitations that may impact the validity of the results identified. Limit the use of percentile scores, stanine scores, standard scores, and charts and graphs.
