Fundraisers

All fundraiser require prior approval and must follow our district financial guidelines. Each group is allowed two fundraisers per year. To submit a Activity Fundraiser request, please use the buttons below.

Here is a sample workflow.

Step One

Step Two

You will receive an email confirming that your request has been received. Your campus principal will be the first in line to approve your request. They may reach out to you for additional information.

You can track the progress of your request through a link on your emailed confirmation. "Track request" will open a new page that lets you view the progress.

Step Three

You will receive notice once your request is done.
