Professional organizations, publications, and resources

2017 - present - PAECT (Northeast PA Board member) - for this professional organization I follow them on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook for networking and making connections. I am also in charge of the NE PAECT Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook pages. This organization also allows us to get Professional Development through Kyte Learning and a variety of tools, pedagogies, and standards. I also have connections through Keystone Technology Innovators that gives me a plethora of advice if I need it.

2006-Present – Pennsylvania Music Educators Association - Monthly email blasts with a lot of resources, and 4 magazines a year to allow for new research to be at my fingertips. Also, the secretary and the President of this organization are teachers in my school district.

May 2014- Present – American Choral Directors Association - Monthly email blasts, and invites to take my kids to festivals around Pennsylvania and in the north eastern coast
