II.E.1
Developing leadership techniques for working with all levels of the educational community and managing and administer instructional technology programs at the building and district levels including developing plans to assess the technological needs and resources, and to evaluate technology implementation and outcomes.
For this guideline, I talked with Diana Allison, a tech coach in our district, and we discussed technology needs in the classroom, and what we need to do to help teachers keep using these devices so that we don't stay stagnant. We also discussed the need to keep the teachers using the technology that they learned in Covid times to help them for the future (and for snow days!) She also helped me realize which tech tools were used the most and shared some data with me about Mote, Screencastify, Nearpod, Flipgrid, and WeVideo. This helped me realize which tools I should try and push people to use as the district is paying for some and not others.
II.E.2
Developing leadership techniques for working with all levels of the educational community and managing and administer instructional technology programs at the building and district levels including developing plans to configure computer/technology systems and related peripherals in a laboratory, classroom clusters, and other instructional and administrative arrangements.
For this guideline, I went to Stroud Hall (in East Stroudsburg University) and helped to make a Job Aid list. The task was to help professors use the current technology at their fingertips to make sure that the youth of America wanting to be teachers would also be able to use that tech in their classrooms. I also made sure that the technology was working for them, and made sure to mark which labs needed more help, and which labs needed faster internet, "How To" guides, and just an updated monitor.

II.E.3
Developing leadership techniques for working with all levels of the educational community and managing and administer instructional technology programs at the building and district levels including developing systems for the secure maintenance of student records.
For this guideline, I showed teachers how to use some shortcuts in Sapphire (our student grading platform) and helped those teachers understand some of the backends of the program to make it easier for them to use. I also encouraged them to use the Lesson Planning feature, and how to use some of the new features with the upgrade. I also showed them the reports function, and how they can change the different grid options.
