I.A.1
Identification, selection, installation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure, and hardware and software applications for school administration and instruction including assessment of educational and administrative technological needs.
For this guideline, I looked at the tech specs for the three series that the music department was looking into. After looking into these series I then emailed the department and saw how they thought about the series.
I also helped a building technician upload CDT software on devices to make sure they were all set for the school year. Doing that ended up helping him other ways than he thought because I gave him some organization tips as well. I didn't want him to go crazy finding numbers on the Chromebooks, so I told him we could do it when we hand them out.
I.A.2
Identification, selection, installation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure, and hardware and software applications for school administration and instruction including design and production of media including projected and non-projected visual aids, audio and video production in both analog and digital forms, and photography using film-based and digital formats.
For this guideline, I had a google meet with Mrs. Meredith Capuano about Zoom and Jamboard and how to implement it in her internship and with her emotional support kiddos. This guideline was achieved through this activity because she needs ways to project to her kids and keep them thinking about the media that they get on the internet. Her students are emotional support, and this will really help them understand different formats of media that they put on their jamboards.

I.A.3
Identification, selection, installation. and maintenance of technology infrastructure, and hardware and software applications for school administration and instruction including implementation and maintenance of interactive information systems, the Internet, distance learning technologies, and networks.
For this guideline, I taught 4 teachers different technologies that will help them in their classroom and helped them even realize how the podcasts that they listen to can be implemented in their classroom as well. I also looked into Nearpod, Formative, and digital notebooks to make sure distance learning opportunities could continue in the future.
I.A.4
Identification, selection, installation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure, and hardware and software applications for school administration and instruction including assistive technology resources for students with special needs.
For this guideline, I had a Google meet with Steph Annunziata about Nearpod and adding activities via Google slides. We also completed a food chain activity where the kids would have to move pictures around the screen and add blank boxes where those pictures would go. I possibly will be making a choice board for her and started her off on a choice board idea with a copy with my choice board for formative assessment.
Here Phil Lazowski is looking through the digital podcasts for Tech Ed Teachers, and finding different ways to implement them in his classroom.
Here Laureen Spering is looking up ways to further her education through Eduspire and Wilson classes.
Here Kathleen Muniz is creating a digital notebook template using the Cornell Notes guideline.
Here Maria Lazowski is uploading image to Formative for her Algebra 2 lesson plan.
Here Kathleen Muniz is creating a Digital pass via Google Forms.
I.A.5
Identification, selection, installation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure, and hardware and software applications for school administration and instruction including evaluation of the performance of hardware and software components of computer systems.
For this guideline, I talked with Joseph Martin and Manvel Page, and we discussed many facets of their jobs, and how software and administration help and hinder the computer systems in place. We also talked about different software and hardware that is bought by the school district, and how they keep the students safe. Another reason this fits into the guideline is that we discussed some different apps that the district pays for and why the usage is so good.
I.A.6
Identification, selection, installation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure, and hardware and software applications for school administration and instruction including the application of basic troubleshooting strategies.
For this guideline, I trained custodians on different applications such as Aesop, Munis, Gmail, and Google meet. I also created a handout to help them if they ever needed to reference something. This really fits into this guideline because these employees don't usually use the software, and having those basic skills and having a paper to reference if you have a question will be very helpful to them.
