I.C.1
Management and administration of technology programs at the building, district, and regional levels including planning and utilization of facilities including, budgeting, accounting, and program reporting, grantsmanship, personnel administration, and staff development.
For this guideline, I helped with Chromebook updates and made sure to help organize the 5 Year Technology Education plan. I also helped to collect Chromebooks and helped analyze survey results for the end-of-year data about technology usage.
1.C.3
Management and administration of technology programs at the building, district, and regional levels including monitoring and evaluating technology plans.
For these two guidelines, I am working on a 5-year plan for Brian Borosh the director of technology in East Stroudsburg Area School District. I'm helping him write the Five-Year-Plan to present it to the board. This will help the school board understand exactly what they are paying for and see what the district technology department is responsible for.
These activities fit these guidelines because the 5-year plan is going to really help the school board and the school district teachers and staff be aware of when they will get new computers so they know to take care of them.
I.C.2
Management and administration of technology programs at the building, district, and regional levels including preparing presentations for parents, administrators, school boards, and the public.
For this guideline, I am helping Kira Holden, Debra Padavano, and Terrence Bomar update the Lehman and High School North websites. In order to do that I needed to get some information from teachers to update their pages in Blackboard. I also had to do some Pixel reformatting to make the pictures less squishy.
I also helped Terrence Bomar with his presentation to the New Students and Incoming Students. I created a scavenger hunt and added physical QR codes all around the school and activities to take a selfie at different locations. I also added a Google Form with File uploads so that the students can add selfies and he gets them. Once he gets those Selfies he can use them for social media in the future, and for the website.
The admin teams have all been told that they need to have a virtual option for students this year for the New Student Orientations, so I created a digital scavenger hunt for those students to complete AFTER the in-person event occurs. This will be uploaded to the website for Mr. Bomar to present to the students.
