The hum of washing machines and the scent of detergent infused the atmosphere, creating an unexpected yet oddly comforting ambiance.

Having completed our laundry duties with a sense of accomplishment, we set out towards the hotel for a well-deserved reprieve. A hearty lunch awaited us, providing a moment of respite and an opportunity to savor the local flavors that the destination had to offer. The culinary experience became a delightful interlude, stimulating our senses and energizing us for the adventures that lay ahead.

Post-lunch, we rendezvoused with the rest of the group to embark on the next leg of our journey—the visit to the school. Excitement bubbled within us as we anticipated the unique experiences and cultural insights that awaited. The school visit promised a glimpse into the local education system, fostering a deeper understanding of the community we were temporarily calling home.

As we approached the school, the vibrant energy of the students and the dedicated educators enveloped us. When I entered the mall, I was impressed by the modern architecture and welcoming atmosphere. The imposing façade of Akropolis stands out, inviting visitors to explore a unique shopping experience.

Inside the mall, I found a wide range of stores, from renowned international brands to local boutiques, providing a diversity of shopping options for every taste and budget. The storefronts displayed the latest fashion trends, innovative electronics, and a variety of interesting products.

As I strolled through the shops, I could experience Lithuanian hospitality, with helpful and attentive staff in each establishment. The diversity of available products reflects the rich culture of the country, offering visitors an authentic Lithuanian shopping experience.

In addition to shopping, Akropolis also stands out as an entertainment center. Elegant restaurants and cozy cafés provided a pleasant break during a day of shopping. For those seeking additional fun, the mall offers entertainment options such as cinemas, recreational areas, and cultural events that occur regularly.

The shopping experience at Akropolis in Kaunas is not limited to commercial transactions; it is a complete journey that blends fashion, culture, and entertainment. Doing my first shopping at this location not only gave me the opportunity to acquire desired items but also allowed me to immerse myself in the unique atmosphere of Kaunas and appreciate Lithuanian hospitality in a uniquely way.

I undertook the task of crafting my very own Chatbot with the invaluable assistance of ChatGPT. Importantly, the Chatbot wasn't conceived as the main project in and of itself; rather, I embarked on its creation with the primary goal of enhancing my comprehension of frontend development for the overarching project.

In delving into the intricacies of Chatbot construction, my aim extended beyond the mere act of building a conversational agent. Instead, it became a strategic endeavor to deepen my insights into the nuances of frontend development, allowing me to grasp the intricacies and intricacies involved in creating an effective user interface. This hands-on experience provided me with a practical and immersive learning opportunity, as I navigated through the process of designing and implementing the frontend aspects of the project.

In essence, the Chatbot served as a practical learning tool, enabling me to gain a more profound understanding of frontend development concepts and methodologies. About the continuation of the project of creating a fake AI connecting API to ChatGPT

After school, we headed home. As we approached our room door, we noticed that the cleaning lady was tidying up our space. Deciding to give her some time to finish, we opted to visit the nearest mall, River in Kaunas. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll through the mall and, after about 40 minutes, we decided to return home.

On our way back, we spontaneously chose to stop by Lidl for some shopping. After completing our purchases, we headed home.

Today marked our itinerary to visit yet another informatics company, leading us to rise bright and early at 7 AM for an expedited arrival. Upon reaching our destination at 9:30 AM, a 30-minute window opened up, providing us with the freedom to explore at our leisure. Opting to capitalize on this time, my companions and I decided to unwind at a nearby café, indulging in a delayed breakfast while catching up on the morning's events.

Following this, we entered a substantial building to acquaint ourselves with the facilities of 'BlueBridge,' an informatics company renowned for its comprehensive approach to addressing various challenges in the informatics realm. Whether the concern is data security or leaked information, BlueBridge stands out as the go-to team for adept assistance.

Inside the building, we participated in a meeting where a key figure within the company illuminated us on its operations, shared personal experiences, and delved into the journey of finding passion within the informatics field. The session was not only informative, but also captivating, providing valuable insights into the practical facets of working in the informatics industry. Notably, a colleague posed insightful questions that further enriched the discourse.

To our surprise, we discovered that the company's core activities do not predominantly involve programming; rather, they specialize in managing programs like Windows and Linux servers. This revelation highlighted the multifaceted nature of informatics, emphasizing the pivotal role of data security—an aspect often underestimated.

The visit to BlueBridge proved to be both enjoyable and enlightening. Post-departure, we collectively decided to explore St. Anne's Castle, seizing the remaining time before our departure. Guided by our driver, our journey to the castle was swift, involving a bit of walking that was ultimately rewarding. The castle, both externally and internally, emanated a captivating charm.

For a modest fee of 5€, we secured entry to the castle grounds and exhibitions. Our initial stop took us to an exhibit on the left, showcasing a fascinating array of artifacts and items from the history of the region, including fans and canes. The quality of the exhibits was truly remarkable, leaving me captivated by the rich history on prominent display.

On the 23rd of December 2023, I had the luxury of sleeping in a little longer than usual, and you know why? It's the weekend, (SATURDAY) The prospect of a relaxed morning filled me with joy, In fact, it was really a proper breakfast at all.

By 2:30 PM, the agenda shifted to preparation for an exciting outing. The decision had been made the day before - a trip to a trampoline park for some wholesome fun. However, the journey to the trampoline paradise took an unexpected turn. Public transportation adventures ensued when inspectors boarded our bus, diligently checking everyone's tickets. I proudly presented my digital ticket from the Žiogas app, only to be met with scrutiny due to my international student identity. Alas, the consequence was an additional euro out of our pockets, a small price to pay for bureaucratic encounters.

Despite the minor setback, the trampolines awaited our arrival. Excitement built as we approached the counter, only to be informed that an adult companion was a prerequisite for entry. Our enthusiasm deflated momentarily, and the next chapter of the day was left hanging, much like the unexplored potential of the trampoline adventure.

Today, we embarked on a culinary adventure, choosing to craft our own delightful meal. Our menu featured a trio of delectable dishes:

Group Trip to Vilnius

Today marked our group excursion to Vilnius, a city rich in history and culture. Despite a minor hiccup in our morning schedule, we managed to overcome it and embarked on a journey filled with insightful experiences.

• We woke up at 5 AM.

• Opted for 1st-class train tickets; most of the journey was spent engrossed in our phones.

Arrival in Vilnius:

• Reached Vilnius at approximately 7:30 AM, famished, and discovered a McDonald's near the train station.

• Grabbed a quick breakfast at McDonald's, where I enjoyed a delightful donut with tea.

Our day in Vilnius was both enlightening and emotionally challenging. • Successfully finished the first API as initially requested by the teacher.

Last Day at KITM:

• Reflecting on positive memories, the day held a sense of melancholy knowing it was the final one at KITM.

• Project work continued with a focus on implementing final API calls to the front-end, planning for a more relaxed atmosphere during the class break.

Post-School Adventures:

• The bus ride, crossing the bridge in Kaunas, raised some apprehension due to the distance from home.

KGB Bunker Exploration:

• Arriving at the KGB Bunker, faced disappointment as it was closed for the day.

• Despite efforts to call and coordinate for a visit tomorrow, the locked door meant postponing the exploration.

• Noticed a racing kart arena nearby and decided to visit, though some found the prices steep and opted out.

• Ordered a Uber to the train station, where we waited for about an hour before boarding the train to Vilnius.

• Upon arrival in Vilnius, waited for the teacher who would accompany us during our brief stay.

• Traveled to the hotel Domus Maria, facing a minor issue during check-in that was promptly resolved.

Last Day in Vilnius:

• Settled into our rooms before heading out for a farewell dinner at a randomly chosen restaurant by the help of the Lithuanian people adivice.
