Tuesday, November 18, 2025 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., AFROTC Shadow Day: This event gives high school students the chance to follow cadets throughout the day, experience one of our Leadership Laboratory (LLAB) sessions, and learn firsthand what AFROTC is all about.
For context, AFROTC is a college program that prepares students to become officers in the United States Air Force (USAF) and United States Space Force (USSF). Through AFROTC, students can pursue their college degree while developing leadership skills, discipline, and character to serve as future military leaders.
As part of Shadow Day, we will be hosting a Career Fair, where students will have the unique opportunity to meet with 20+ Active Duty Air Force officers representing a wide variety of career fields across the Air Force. This portion of the day allows students to ask questions directly, learn about different specialties, and gain valuable perspective into possible career paths within the USAF.
