3M Valley (located in Valley, Nebraska) would like to invite your graduating seniors to apply for our Temporary Manufacturing Associate position. We are looking for recent high school graduates to join our team on a temporary basis over Summer 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for students to gain valuable work experience at 3M, a global STEM leader and Fortune 500 manufacturing company. This position would involve working part-time or full-time hours over the summer at a base pay rate of $18.25/hour.

Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking students who meet the following criteria:
Current college student pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Coursework and/or experience that supports a strong understanding of financial accounting. (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, financial ratios, analysis of revenue, expenses, and assets)
Demonstrated interest in a career within banking.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow compliance requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Curiosity and a willingness to learn all aspects of banking.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Professionalism, reliability, and strong organizational skills.

The Elkhorn Kids Campus (EKC) is looking for child care assistants (16 and older) to staff their before and after school program. In recent years, our high school students have worked at EKC. It is an ideal job for high school students as it does not conflict with their schedule and has no weekend or after 6 p.m. requirements.
