Emanuel is not only a place where I received a great education but a place I consider a community and family.
Jessica (Jess) has found that at Emanuel everyone’s opinions are equally valued and respected, which has enabled her to grow and explore many interests. She has enjoyed being an Emanuel student and hopes to be remembered for her perseverance.
One of Jess’s school highlights was Year 10 Ayekah Camp. She fondly remembers the committed Madrichim, how tightly her Year group bonded and the special connections she made. She is proud of being invited to the Year 11 Leadership Seminar and feels she gained a lot by being a part of it.
Jess showed enormous resilience over the past year. She overcame the unexpected changes and difficulties with grace and ease, working hard and showing continued commitment to her education.
Her Year group credits her for always being kind and cheerful with a huge heart. She is always the first to help and brings a positive energy to all activities around the School.
Jess is planning to attend university in 2021 and perhaps take a gap year to Europe at a later stage.
