Celebrating our Graduates

Erin Forman

Started at Emanuel in 2008

Emanuel isn’t just about learning from a textbook, it provides you with important life skills for the future.

Erin believes that Emanuel encourages each student to express their feelings and thoughts without judgement. She commented that it is a place that provides each student with support and a road map for success for later life.

She will cherish the memories from the many school camps, where she forged friendships that will last a lifetime. Her school trip to Timor Leste made a lasting impact and she is particularly proud of helping to positively impact villagers in Gildapil, where the Emanuel visitors were based. Erin credits her time at Emanuel for helping her develop respect for others, regardless of their background or ability.

She hopes that her teachers would describe her as an attentive student who always strives to do her best. Erin feels that her teachers’ support has helped her to flourish.

Erin is a kind, loyal and empathetic person whose friends describe her as fiercely loyal and the ‘mother’ of the Year group.

In 2021 Erin will focus on completing a TAFE course, while working part-time. She has received early entry at ACU Australia for 2022.
