Started at Emanuel in 2008
Emanuel School has always been a place where I can feel comfortable and grow as a person.
Danielle has grown up at Emanuel School, having started in Kindergarten. She describes Emanuel as inclusive – a place where she has always felt welcome and happy.
Some of her school highlights include Ski camp in Year 9, the many Athletics carnivals and inter-school sport in Primary School. Danielle has also enjoyed the Sports gala days where she represented Emanuel in both Primary and High School.
Danielle has a long list of sporting achievements. She is particularly proud of receiving the Maccabiah 2017 Award for Athletics, being selected for the Apia Leichhardt U17s football team in the NPL1 2019/20 season, as well as the CIS Athletics team every year up until Year 11. She was a part of the CDSSA football team as well as the CDSSA touch football team in Year 11 and received the School Age Champion Award for athletics, swimming and cross-country every year since Year 3.
Danielle hopes her teachers would describe her as a hard-working student who strives to be the best version of herself.
She would like to attend college or university to study Sports Management or Nutrition and take a year off to focus on her training and soccer career.
Her peers will remember her as an athletic, kind person who always made the older boys look ridiculous by beating them all in high jump.
