Mantu: Afghan Dumplings Steamer

Mantu (dumpling) is a traditional food in Afghanistan. It is made of dough and meat that is mixed with onion. We cook dumplings in a steamer. The steamer is multi-tiered, and every tier can accommodate 35 pieces of dumpling. My steamer has three tiers. I can make 105 dumplings! Some steamers have two or four tiers! It is a very delicious Afghani food. We use it for holidays, not every day. I bought my steamer on Amazon; it was too big to bring from my country when we came here.
