Title of Artwork: Life Between the Concrete

Statement of Intent: All living things are interconnected in some way, shape or form. Even our human, concrete, urban environments are intertwined with natural spaces. My artwork is a celebration of the beauty of the natural spaces and the way they form connections within the cityscapes and within society. These connections are represented by negative space and the beauty of the different environments, are highlighted through floral pen drawings. My artistic influences were Andy Goldsworthy, Katsushika Hokusai, Jack Stahel and Nathan Ferlazzo.
