The Samtse Primary School Term I Student Performance Analytics System is a secure digital platform that helps the school turn assessment results into meaningful support for learners. It enables teachers to monitor progress, identify strengths and learning needs, compare performance across assessments, plan interventions and recognise both achievement and improvement. Students and parents can securely access individual reports using a Student Code, while authorised staff use detailed analytics to make informed decisions. The system protects student information and ensures that assessment data is used to guide timely support, not simply to record marks.

This platform brings together key school management systems in one place to support teaching, learning, student care, staff development, daily operations, and evidence-based decision-making. Guided by Bhutan's Education Technology Framework and the MoESD's Digital Lopen Initiative, these systems aim to make school processes simpler, faster, more transparent, and more useful for teachers and leaders. Each system is designed to reduce paperwork, improve follow-up, and help the school make timely decisions based on real data.

Academic Performance Analytics: This system brings together academic performance analysis, individual student profiles, high-concern student tracking, and subject intervention plans. It helps teachers and school leaders identify learning gaps early, understand each learner's needs, and plan timely, evidence-based support.
Student Affairs: This system supports structured student care by recording mentoring activities, student backstories, follow-up actions, behaviour incidents, and support measures. It helps mentors, student affairs teams, and school leaders respond to students' needs in a fair, timely, and well-documented manner.
PD Records: This system records teachers' participation in professional development and calculates cumulative PD hours. It helps the school maintain a clear record of teacher learning, capacity-building, and professional growth.
Student Results: This system allows students to view all their exam results in one place and report any errors in their marks. It records their academic performance and helps ensure that the results are accurate and transparent.
Department Meetings: This system helps departments submit meeting agendas and reports in an organised manner. It supports purposeful meetings, action tracking, department-wise accountability, and evidence-based follow-up.
Feedback Analysis: This system allows students to provide simple star ratings and written feedback for their subject teachers. It helps teachers reflect on their classroom practices and supports a culture of continuous improvement.
PD Records: This system supports daily Teacher on Duty reporting, announcement records, morning speaker details, observation summaries, and teacher substitution management. It improves daily school monitoring, communication, duty accountability, and fair substitution tracking across Lower Block and Upper Block campuses.
Initiative & Innovation: This system captures initiatives taken by staff in areas such as academic improvement, student wellbeing, discipline, innovation, inclusion, environment, values, and community engagement. It helps recognise staff effort and track school improvement actions.

Safe Voice: Tell Us. We Will Help.
Safe Voice is a simple, child-friendly system that helps students report bullying, unkind behaviour, or safety concerns. Students select their class, section and name, choose what happened, and may write a short message. Once submitted, authorised school staff are notified and can provide timely support through a secure dashboard.
