Content and Argumentation (15 points)

• Clarity of argument (5 points): Did the debaters present their arguments clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner? 

• Relevance (5 points): Where the arguments directly related to the topic, and did they make sense?

• Evidence and examples (5 points): Did the debaters provide any evidence or examples to support their arguments? 

Speaking Skills (15 points) 

• Clarity (5 points): Where the debaters' voices clear and easy to understand? 

• Volume and pace (5 points): Did they speak at an appropriate volume and pace? 

• Eye contact and gestures (5 points): Did the debaters maintain eye contact with the audience and use appropriate gestures? 

Rebuttal and engagement (20 points)

• Engagement (5 points): Did the debaters actively engage with their opponents during cross-examination and rebuttal? 

• Questioning and angering skills (5 points): Did the debaters question properly? Did the debaters answer properly? 

•  Rebuttal effectiveness (10 points): How well did they address and counter their opponents' argument?
