Residential Off-Site Visits
There are a range of resources available to schools when arranging residential off-site visits, including a training package and various guidance.

The modules covered in the training are:
Module 1 – Legal & Procurement
Module 2 – Insurance
Module 3 – Supplier List & Pre-Approval
Module 4 – Finance
The training provides an overview of the process for arranging residential off-site visits and there is an assessment at the end of each module.
All trip leaders must complete the training package prior to planning or provisionally booking a visit and it is highly recommended that other school staff involved in the process complete the training also.
