学生への連絡は、原則として研究科事務ポータルサイトもしくはUTASの掲示板で行いますので、適宜確認してください。The school contacts students via the GSFS Office Portal Site at the URL below or the UTAS bulletin board. Check them regularly.

研究科事務ポータルサイトにアクセスする場合は、入進学時に配布されるFAppsAccountにてログインしてください。To access the GSFS Office Portal Site, log in with the FApps Account distributed upon your enrollment in the GSFS.

I重要な事務連絡は新領域教務チームのメールアドレス（k-kyomu_at_adm.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp) からも送信しますので、この発信元が迷惑メールに振り分けられないよう、転送先のメールサービスを設定してください。Important notices are also sent from the GSFS Student Affairs Team (k-kyomu_at_adm.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp) by email.  Set up the forwarding email service to prevent the emails from being sorted as spam mail and to receive them duly.

新領域全学生向けのメーリングリスト『frontier-student』はedu.k.u-tokyo.ac.jpのアカウント宛に届きます。Messages sent using the "frontier-student" mailing list (the mailing list for all GSFS students) will reach your email address of "edu.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp."
