Hosting Service Using www.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp 

• We provide content spaces for departments, educational programs, and higher organizations at the GSFS website at www.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp. Note that we do not accept space requests from laboratories or projects.

How to Apply

Apply to the GSFS Information System Office with the information below by email.

コンテンツ更新作業

• 配布されたアカウントでwww.k.u-tokyo.ac.jpにアクセスして下さい。ftp,scp,sshが利用可能です(東大内部からのみ)

• ログインすると docs というディレクトリがあります。docsは申請したURLにマッピングされており、その中に公開ファイルを設置してください（例: /home/user/docs 以下が、 WEB上のhttp://www.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp/user に対応）

Updating Contents from Campus

• Access "www.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp" with the account we offered. You can use FTP, SCP, and SSH but only from inside the university. 

• After you logged in, you will find the "docs" directory. "docs" is mapped to the link you registered. (For example, the characters of the link following "/home/user/docs" correspond "http://www.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp/user" on the web). Set public data there. 

学外からの更新

ホームページ作成を学外業者に依頼しているなど、学外からWWWサーバにftpやsshでアクセスする必要がある場合、申請により、学外の特定IPアドレスからの接続を許可します。

Updating Contents from Off-Campus

If you or your website creation company need to access the WWW server via FTP or SSH from off-campus, we permit access from the off-campus  IP address you designate.

www.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp上のアカウント名: (Account Name in www.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp)

アクセスを許可するIPアドレス(またはIPアドレス範囲）：(IP address or IP address range to allow access)

注意事項

• WWWサーバ上に個人情報等の機密データを設置してはいけません。

• 2017年2月より、www.k.u-tokyo.ac.jpは原則としてホスティング利用者によるCGIの設置を禁止しました。CGIやCMS等の利用が必要な場合は、情報基盤センターのWEBPARKなどレンタルサーバを利用して下さい。（広報委員会が研究科HP運用のために利用するCGIやCMSは許可されています）

• 2017年1月までに設置されていたCGIやCMSは、適切なセキュリティ措置を施したうえで、当面の利用を認めています。

Caution

• Do not upload sensitive data on the WWW server.

• If you need to use CGI or CMS, rent a server that the Information Technology Center provides, such as WEBPARK.
