Notification for Personal Data Collection

ウェブ上で個人情報を収集する場合は部局に届け出が必要です

本研究科に所属する教職員および学生は、ホームページ上のプログラムにより、他人の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、勤務先、職業などの個人情報を収集する場合、事前に申請が必要です。
学外に設置あるいは契約したシステムで、学内活動を行う場合も適用されます。
学内者・学外者どちらから情報を収集する場合も必要です。
ウェブで収集を呼び掛けても、収集手段が電子メールなどウェブ上ではない場合は適用外です。

Notification is required before collecting personal information on a web site.

Faculty, staff, and students in the GSFS must submit a notification form before collecting personal information using a program on a website; name, address, phone, email address, work, and occupation.
Notification for Personal Data Collection must also be submitted when you use an external system for any campus-related activities.
Notification must be submitted when collecting personal data from those who belong to the university and those who do not.
Notification is not required if you collect data by another means, such as emails, even if you appeal on a website.

Q. 研究会や野外活動などで参加者情報を集める場合に、届け出は必要ですか？

A. 収集または保管にウェブシステムを使う場合は届け出が必要です。個人情報に不適切にアクセスできないか、保護担当者がチェックします。電子メール等で集めた情報を集計する場合は、届け出は不要です。

A. Notification is required if you use a web-based system to collect or store data. The person in charge of data protection checks if personal data can be accessed inappropriately. Notification is not required when you collect data via email.

Q. 規則第７条（教職員が個人情報を共有する場合には、保護管理者が認可したシステムを利用する。）の保護管理者が認可したシステムとは何のことですか？

A. 現在のところ、FApps、職員メール、GigaCCが該当します。これ以外を利用する場合は第8条の条件を満たす必要があります。
