利用目的

• 研究科の一部データ管理・ファイル送信に使用しています。

• 基本的に、上記以外のデータ保管には使用しないでください。上記以外の機密情報は、部局の情報セキュリティ管理手順に沿った場所に保管してください。

• GigaCCのファイル送信は、教職員が会議以外の業務に利用して構いません。

  • ただし、ファイル送信機能目的でのアカウント配布は致しません。

Purpose of Use

• We use Gig CC as a information security measure for sharing faculty/staff meetings documents including:

  • committee meeting documents and data related to committees

  •  documents related to the GSFS management meetings, such as faculty meetings.

• Do not store data from other meetings except those mentioned above. Store other confidential information as instructed in　Guidelines for Information Security, Graduate School of Frontier Sciences

• You can use the GigaCC file-sending function for works irrelevant to faculty/staff meetings.  However, you cannot obtain a GigaCC account just to use the file-sending function.

• 基幹講座教員

  • GigaCCアカウントは必要な場合、新領域アカウント申請より申請してください。

• 新領域事務

  • 総務チームで取りまとめて頂きます。各チーム長は総務チームに申請して下さい。

• ログインIDとパスワードはメールで通知します。

How to Get an Account

• GSFS Faculty Members

  • If you need a GigaCC account, please apply for one. 

• GSFS Staff Members

  • General Affair Team will apply for you.  Apply to the leader of your team.

• We will notify you the login ID and the password by email.

ログイン方法

• https://asp.gigacc.com（内部専用）

• 情報システム室から通知されたユーザ名、パスワードでログインしてください。

• 学内のネットワーク(大学のIPアドレス)からのみアクセス可能です。

  • 学外からのアクセスにはVPNを利用してください。

• TIPS: https://asp.gigacc.com/user/main/sharing（内部専用） を指定すると、ログイン時にファイル送信のタブではなく、ファイル共有のタブが開きます。

How to Login

• You can log in https://asp.gigacc.com from the on-campus network (the university IP address).

• Use a VPN if you access it from the off-campus network.

• Log in with the username and password given by the Information System Office.

注意事項

• GigaCCのディレクトリは、ユーザがアクセス権限のあるツリーだけ見えるようになっています。必要なディレクトリにアクセスできない場合は、アクセス権限がない可能性があります。該当するディレクトリの管理者にお問い合わせ下さい。

Note

• You can browse only the trees of GigaCC directories that you have the right to access. If you cannot access a directory you need to browse, you may have no access rights. In such a case, contact the manager of the directory you wish to browse. 

サーバ容量の有効活用に御協力下さい。

• GigaCCの契約容量は大きくありません（研究科全体で100Gバイト）。巨大な画像ファイルをPPTやPDFに埋め込まないで下さい。１ヶ月合計300MB以上のファイル送信（受け取りも含む）を禁止とします。

• 紙の会議資料をスキャンしたPDFは画像と同じです。設置する場合は、十分に圧縮してください。

• Adobe Acrobatでは、「ファイル」➡「名前を付けて保存」➡「サイズが縮小されたPDF」 で保存すると、PDFのサイズを縮小できます。

Leave Space in the Server for Others

• Do not embed huge image files in PPT or PDF because the capacity of GigaCC is 100 GB for the entire GSFS members. PDF meeting data made from scanned paper materials are as huge as image data. Compress them when you store.

• In Adobe Acrobat, you can reduce a PDF's size as follows: File➡Save as➡ Reduced PDF.

Macでパスワード付きZipが解凍できない場合

• ターミナルを開き、unzipコマンドで解凍できます。

If you cannot unzip a password-protected zip file by Mac

• Open the terminal, type in the "unzip" and press the space key.
