Training & PD
LEA offers regular high-quality professional learning to all key stakeholders (e.g., district staff, school leaders, frontline educators) on how to appropriately collect, access, and use data related to postsecondary and workforce success in their job roles.
Best Practices
The district has an annual training arc for how to collect, access, and use postsecondary and workforce success data. Staff receive training at the beginning of each school year and at strategic points throughout the school year.
Postsecondary and workforce success data practice training and resources include a variety of delivery methods, including hands-on data tool walkthroughs, video tutorials, case study exercises, and written user guides.
External partners participate in postsecondary and workforce success data use training, both as training attendees and facilitators.
