Real-time and annual data on all Postsecondary Priority Metrics is made available to all key stakeholders at multiple levels of aggregation via reporting tools that are role-relevant and easy to use.

Best Practices

• The district develops a data dashboard or regular data reports that are pushed out to school administrators and advisors. The dashboard and reports provide real-time data on the identified Postsecondary Priority Metrics and allow for disaggregation by school, cohort, and student characteristics.

• Dashboards and reports include real-time data on how students are currently progressing toward postsecondary along with college and workforce outcomes for recent graduates. 

• The district releases public-facing dashboards or regular reports at least annually in an easy-to-use format that highlights progress toward the district’s Postsecondary Priority Metric goals.
