District and school leaders regularly review disaggregated data and engage in a regular cycle of continuous improvement that leads to improved student outcomes. 

Best Practices

• Central office and school-based teams analyze key Postsecondary Priority Metrics at least three times per year.

• The district implements a common data review protocol across all high school and district teams. 

• School and district teams utilize data to develop Postsecondary Priority Metric action plans that identify strategies and interventions to improve outcomes. The district monitors action plan implementation, intervening with additional support as needed and elevating and scaling best practices.

• The district meets with external partners to review data and discuss progress toward shared postsecondary and workforce success goals at least once a year.
