Best Practices

• Each identified Postsecondary Priority Metric has a clear technical definition that is understood by all relevant stakeholders in the district, including external partners who use the same shared definitions.

• The district has developed clear, written processes and offers training to school-level personnel related to data collection and entry, specifying the methods of data collection, parties responsible for collection, and timelines for collecting data for each identified Postsecondary Priority Metric.

• The district has a Postsecondary Data Dictionary that is shared with all relevant stakeholders.
